Ingredients:- 200g spaghetti
- 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions: - Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- (Optional) Add white wine and let it reduce for a minute.
- Toss in the spaghetti, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and mix everything.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
