 Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta


Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. (Optional) Add white wine and let it reduce for a minute.
  5. Toss in the spaghetti, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and mix everything.
  6. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
